cast release forms

To create my short film, actors to be apart of the cast was a necessity, a vital part of my production and due to my film conforming the conventions of a thriller, there is a couple of deaths within my film, therefore a slightly larger cast was needed, this was still kept to a minimum of around 7 people. In order for them to be legally allowed in my film, I needed to create a cast release form which explains what they are consenting to being a part of the production of 'HOUSE OF FUN.' By signing it they have agreed to be in my short film production, this gives my work more stability as they are guaranteed to be involved (unless any unexpected withdraws).
