Evie Unit 4

 Before I found a way to finance my production, I needed to evaluate the different sources of funding available to me. By doing this in a table format, I am able to see the advantages and disadvantages of each source of funding. In my opinion, I would choose self-funding as the way to finance my production as this would give me the most control over my product and by funding my own project, this would keep me on task and become more aware of what I would spend my budget on. Additionally, I wouldn't have to repay the money back to anyone else. 

  Film Ideas  I completed this pre-production activity in order to write down the basics of my film extracts like ideas, locations and characters. I knew I wanted to do a thriller film extract and therefore knew who the target audience would be. Next, I made a list of all the things I needed to know and wrote them out. I firstly came up with an idea, then the title, the characters and then the others. By doing this, I have made my pre-production tasks more organised, and this will help me evaluate my ideas and see which one would be most likely for me to film. I can add to this document as I carry on with the production process if I change/improve my ideas.
